3. MEMBER CONDUCT

materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately
transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from
which such Content originated. This means that you, and not
The Law Office of William H. Odum, are entirely responsible for all Content

expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your use or

at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control
of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in
